RFaC Facility Usage Credit Usage Application

To apply for Credit Usage :

1. Students (Undergraduate/Postgraduate) : ACTIVE student during Academic Year of application.
                                                                         : Apply directly using Form 02 : Active Status and Credit Balance Verification
2. Staff / Postdoctoral : i. Preferred 5 years and below of tenure.
                                        ii. Active during application.
                                      : Apply to RFaC for credit activation using Form 01: Credit Application form, 
                                        Then upon approval, apply again to respected Laboratory P.I.C using Form 02
