BRIEF HISTORY OF RESEARCH CENTRE

The Quantum & Laser Science Lab (QLS) conducts cutting-edge exciting research involving the physics of photons interacting with quantum systems. It is the first of its kind in Malaysia and was supported by the Ministry of Higher Education.

We develop theoretical and computational capabilities to study the physics of: a) generation, b) propagation, and c) interactions of novel light sources in photonic structures and quantum systems.
